Tomás joined the firm’s management team focusing on redesigning workflows through technology and more efficient processes to reduce turnaround times and improve the firm’s operational performance.
In his current role, he oversees billing, collections, and vendor management, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the firm’s financial operations. At the same time, he plays an active role in Ojam IP’s business vision team, contributing to long-term planning and strategic decision-making.
