Camila is a lawyer with nearly two decades of experience in intellectual property, recognized for her leadership in litigation, dispute resolution, and comprehensive IP counseling. She leads the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team and heads the Technology & Privacy practice, bringing a strategic perspective that combines innovation with legal certainty.

Her approach is defined by a strong focus on practical and efficient solutions, personally engaging in the design of each strategy. She is an expert in out-of-court negotiations and does not hesitate to litigate when defending her clients’ interests requires it. She also advises on specialized areas such as fashion law and cannabis law, integrating legal expertise with a deep understanding of business needs.

Throughout her career, Camila has represented national and international clients in complex enforcement cases, protecting and maximizing intangible assets. Her experience ranges from managing large litigation portfolios to designing pre-contentious strategies, always with a 360° approach focused on sustainable results.

Experience

Camila began her career at an intellectual property firm in Buenos Aires province, where she managed more than 200 litigation cases. Four years after graduating in Law (UBA), she was appointed Head of the Legal Department. In 2018, she joined Berton Moreno + Ojam as a senior associate, and in 2019 became part of Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum, where she was promoted to partner in 2022. In 2025, she took on the leadership of the Technology & Privacy practice and co-founded Ojam IP together with Juan Carlos Ojam, Paula Galván, and Mariel Chichisola.

Her work has been recognized by international publications: IP Stars (Managing IP) named her Rising Star in 2022 and 2023; Leaders League ranked her “Excellent” in Trademarks and IP Litigation in 2024; and in 2025 she was included in WIPR’s Influential Women in IP ranking.
