Camila Sirianni

Camila is a lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience in Intellectual Property. She leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team and heads the Technology & Privacy practice.

Passionate about finding practical and efficient solutions, Camila gets deeply involved in every strategy, bringing a balance between innovation and legal certainty. She is an expert in out-of-court negotiations and does not hesitate to litigate when necessary.

Experience

Camila began her career at an IP law firm in Buenos Aires province, managing a portfolio of more than 200 litigation cases. She was later appointed Head of the Legal Department four years after earning her law degree (UBA).
In 2018, she joined Berton Moreno + Ojam as a senior associate and, in 2019, became part of Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum, where she was promoted to partner in 2022. In March 2025, she took on the leadership of the Technology & Privacy practice.
In 2025, she co-founded Ojam IP together with Juan Carlos Ojam, Paula Galván, and Mariel Chichisola.

Her work has been recognized by IP Stars (Managing IP), naming her Rising Star in 2022 and 2023, and by Leaders League, which ranked her Excellent in Trademarks and IP Litigation in 2024.
