Paula advises national and international clients on the protection of their intellectual and industrial property rights. She has extensive experience managing trademark portfolios as well as the strategic enforcement of other intangible assets.
Her practice includes the administrative prosecution of industrial property matters and negotiating pre-trial settlements in IP-related disputes.

Paula began her career in industrial property in 1997 as part of the IP team at Estudio Chaloupka, where she later headed the Trademark Department between 2014 and 2020.
In 2020, she became a partner at Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum.
In 2025, she co-founded Ojam IP together with Juan Carlos Ojam, Camila Sirianni, and Mariel Chichisola.
