Mariel is recognized for her strong business, management, and teamwork skills. With a results-oriented mindset, she is part of the firm’s communications, marketing, and strategy team.
She currently leads the advisory team for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and innovative companies, maintaining close ties with incubators, accelerators, and public entities. She is also a frequent speaker and trainer in these spaces.

Mariel began her career in intellectual property in 2006 as part of the IP team at Bruchou Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani. She later became a senior associate at Mitrani, Caballero & Ojam and then at Berton Moreno + Ojam since its creation in 2017. In 2020, she became a partner at Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum.
In 2025, she co-founded Ojam IP together with Juan Carlos Ojam, Paula Galván, and Camila Sirianni.
